Simplifying Minimum Dose Electron Tomography

Abstract: Electron tomography is an important tool for electron microscopists trying to understand the 3-dimensional structure of their specimens. Many TEM specimens, particularly biological ones, are sensitive to the total electron dose used during imaging.
