Simulated Annealing Genetic Algorithm Based Schedule Risk Management of IT Outsourcing Project

Abstract: IT outsourcing is an effective way to enhance the core competitiveness for many enterprises. But the schedule risk of IT outsourcing project may cause enormous economic loss to enterprise.
