Simulating of the heat conduction processes and their impact on the stress-strain state of the continuously welded rail structure

Abstract: One of the most important parameters when laying and maintaining of continuous welded rail track is the stress-free temperature of continuously welded rails at constant duty of operation, however the regulatory documents do not take into account the thermal stress occurring in continuously welded rails due to deformations on the solid subgrade.
