Simulation-Based Mastery Learning Improves Central Line Maintenance Skills of ICU Nurses

Abstract: ICU nurses displayed large variability in their ability to perform central line maintenance tasks. After SBML, there was significant improvement, and all nurses reached a predetermined level of competency.
