The article analyzes the research into the dynamics of the hydraulic drive of technological machines and equipment. It has been established that insufficient attention has been paid to the issues of the influence of hydraulic drive compliance on the dynamic loading of individual mechanisms. The purpose of the work is to assess the effect of hydraulic drive compliance on the dynamic loading of forest manipulator mechanisms when improving the layout of hydraulic cylinders based on mathematical modeling. A mathematical model of the movement of the manipulator boom is presented, taking into account the forces of inertia and the flow rate of the working fluid. A model estimate of the dynamics of the hydraulic drive and the pressure of the working fluid was made when the boom of the forest manipulator is turned. The problem was solved as part of the work on a software package for studying the pressure jumps of the working fluid in hydraulic cylinders. The evaluation results showed that the optimal points of attachment of the hydraulic cylinder to the boom and to the rotary column depend on the compliance coefficient. In a computational experiment to determine the optimal layout of the hydraulic cylinder of the lifting mechanism of the manipulator boom, according to the criterion of minimizing the pressure surges of the working fluid, the optimal points of attachment of the hydraulic cylinder to the boom b1 = 0.9 m and to the rotary column OB = 0.7 m were obtained, and when taking into account the compliance coefficient were new optimal hydraulic cylinder attachment points were obtained: b1 = 1 m, OB = 0.85 m. To interpret the model and clarify the effect of hydraulic drive compliance on the dynamic loading of forest manipulator mechanisms, it is necessary to conduct bench tests.

The paper provides an overview of studies of the working processes of disk working bodies of technological machines that provide soil cultivation at different stages of agriculture and forestry. The used designs of forest disk tillage implement have significant disadvantages, namely, insufficient depth of the disks, which results in soil cultivation of insufficient quality, as well as high dynamic loads when encountering various obstacles, which reduce the resource of the unit. The objective of the presented research is to improve the working processes of forestry disc plows by analyzing the properties of hydraulically driven cut-out discs in order to increase their efficiency. A mathematical model of a disk working body with hydraulically driven rear discs with cutouts for strip tillage in forest, root-saturated conditions has been developed. The maximum pressure values of the working fluid in the hydraulic system have been identified. When the angle of attack of the spherical disks changes from 0 to 300, the pressure of the working fluid decreases by 23%. With a further increase in the angle of attack to 450, the pressure of the working fluid increases by 15%, which indicates a nonlinear dependence of these parameters. The maximum traction resistance increases when the angle of attack of the spherical disk changes from 0 to 300 and increases by 29%, and after changing the angle of attack to 450 it increases by 11%. Using the derived formulas, it is possible to approximately determine the kinematic and dynamic parameters of disk working bodies that have cutouts on the cutting surface of the disk.

INTRODUCTION: The field of mechanical engineering technology is an emerging technology field with many research directions, and there are many directions of intersection with other disciplines, among which the field of mechanical engineering has outstanding research advantages. With the continuous development of mechanical engineering technology, the research direction of mechanical engineering applied to the field of mechanical engineering is also continuously enriched and developed. Mechanical engineering research focuses on realizing the monitoring and control of the dynamic performance of mechanical systems, as well as realizing the integration of design and system control. OBJECTIVES: In order to improve the disassembly efficiency, reduce the disassembly cost and disassembly energy consumption, it is optimized using social engineering methods to achieve better results and reduce the disassembly cost and energy consumption. METHODS: Aiming at the drive and anti-skid control strategy of four-wheel hub motor, it was simulated using improved social engineering algorithms, and based on this, three road recognition algorithms were selected for low, medium, and high adhesion road verification. RESULTS: Through the study of automobile anti-skid control system, the basic structure of automobile anti-skid control system is summarized and some solution measures are proposed. A new type of drive anti-skid control system is proposed for the problems of high vibration and noise of automobile brake. The drive anti-slip control system is characterized by simple structure, easy maintenance, simple control and reliable operation, and high operation efficiency. CONCLUSION: This study shows that the system not only has excellent drive anti-slip effect, but also has good control performance. In addition, this drive anti-slip system is able to ensure the safe and reliable operation of mechanical brakes in various harsh environments. This new drive anti-slip control system is a new type of drive device that can be widely used for driving force on various mechanical brakes and drive wheels, and the study of this device is of great significance.
