Simulation of power electronic devices using OrCAD software tool

Abstract: A principal scheme of the secondary power source for LEDs with control by the average current and protection of over-voltage, over-current and over-temperature. Simulations of the destructive effects are made using OrCAD software tool. Algorithm of power key control is proposed, in which maximum value of the filling coefficient of control signal pulse at the powering interval is limited and after stable state is reached, the forming of the signal is determined by pulseduration modulation.
