Simultane thrombopenische Purpura und autoimmune hämolytische Anämie

Abstract: Anlaß zur vorliegenden Mitteilung gab die Beobachtung von zwei Patienten, welche an einer thrombopenischen Purpura und einer autoimmunhämolytischen Anämie litten. Diese Kombination Ist selten. Die ersten Mitteilungen stammen von Evans und Mitarbeitern (9, 10) aus den Jahren 1949 und 1951.
