Abstract:In a combustion process using fossil fuels, harmful substances such as sulfur oxide(SOx) and nitrogen oxide(NOx) are emitted in a gas form. Among the harmful substances, about 95% of nitrogen oxides(NOx) exist in the NO form, and most of sulfur oxides(SOx) are composed of sulfur dioxide and sulfur trioxide.
