SINBAD, structural, experimental and clinical characterization of STAT inhibitors and their potential applications

Abstract: The abnormal activation of signal transducer and activator of transcription (STAT) protein family is recognized as cause or driving force behind multiple diseases progression. Therefore, searching for potential treatment strategy is pursued by multiple scientific groups.
