Abstract: Sticky platelet syndrome (SPS) is an autosomal dominant platelet disorder, representing a poorly known and studied cause of both arterial and venous thrombotic events. Its pathogenic mechanism is unknown; its presence can be determined with platelet aggregation and adhesion tests.
