Abstract:El Síndrome de Meigs es una entidad patológica que comprende la triada de tumor de ovario benigno (fibroma, tecoma, tumor de células de la granulosa o tumor de Brenner benigno), ascitis e hidrotórax; que se resuelve espontáneamente tras la resección quirúrgica del tumor y representa aproximadamente el 1 % de los tumores de ovario.
