Síndrome del asa o lazo de la arteria pulmonar: Presentación de un caso diagnosticado en un paciente adulto

Abstract: CasoPaciente de sexo masculino, de 51 años de edad, concurre a la consulta clínica por presentar disnea leve, de comienzo insidioso dos años previo. Consulta por una discreta acentuación de su disnea, refiriendo padecerla desde hace mucho tiempo, pero que atribuía a su tabaquismo. No refiere patología previa de importancia ni alteración alguna durante su infancia, niñez o adolescencia.
