Abstract:Background
Malignant clones of primary cutaneous T-cell lymphomas (CTCL) can show a CD4, CD8 or TCR-γδ phenotype, but their individual impact on tumor biology and skin lesion formation remains ill-defined.
Objectives
To perform a comprehensive molecular characterization of CD4+ vs. CD8+ and TCR-γ/δ+ CTCL lesions.
Methods
We performed scRNA-seq of 18 CTCL skin… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
