Single-Charge Sensitivity of Single-Walled Carbon Nanotube Multifunctional Quantum Transistor

Abstract: Single-walled carbon nanotube (SWNT) field-effect transistors show hysteresis in their electrical characteristics owing to the amorphous carbon around the carbon nanotube.
