Single Micelle Vectors based on Lipid/Block Copolymer Compositions as mRNA Formulations for Efficient Cancer Immunogene Therapy

Abstract: Immunogene therapy provides a new strategy for the treatment of colorectal cancer. Compared to plasmid DNA, mRNA possesses several advantages as a therapeutic nucleic acid material and shows high potential in cancer therapy.
