Single-Molecule Manipulation of Macromolecules on Membranes Using High-Resolution Optical Tweezers

Abstract: Despite their wide applications into soluble macromolecules, optical tweezers have rarely been used to characterize dynamics of membrane proteins, mainly due to lack of model membranes compatible with optical trapping.
