Single organ hepatic artery vasculitis as an unusual cause of epigastric pain: A case report

Abstract: BACKGROUND Single-organ vasculitis (SOV) is characterized by inflammation of a blood vessel, affecting one organ, such as the skin, genitourinary system, or the aorta without systemic features.
