Abstract: PurposeTo compare the oncologic safety, aesthetic outcome, and upper extremity function of single-port insufflation endoscopic nipple-sparing mastectomy (SIE-NSM) vs conventional open mastectomy (C-OM) in the treatment of early breast cancer.
