Single-Valued Neutrosophic Hesitant Fuzzy Choquet Aggregation Operators for Multi-Attribute Decision Making

Abstract: This paper aims at developing new methods for multi-attribute decision making (MADM) under a single-valued neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy environment, in which each element has sets of possible values designed by truth, indeterminacy, and falsity membership hesitant functions. First, taking advantage of the Choquet integral and that it can reflect more correlations of attributes in MADM, two aggregation operators are defined based on the Choquet integral, specifically, the single-valued neutrosophic hesitant fuzz… Show more

“…Sahin and Liu [9] proposed the correlation coefficient with single-valued neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy information and successfully applied it to decision-making problems. Li and Zhang [10] introduced Choquet aggregation operators with single-valued neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy information for MADM. Juan-Juan et al [11] developed a decision-making technique using geometric weighted Choquet integral Heronian mean operator for SVNHFSs.…”

“…When some decision makers (DMs) make a decision, some DMs may at the hesitancy among truth membership, indeterminacy membership and falsity membership. Thus, different forms of NS have been proposed, like single-valued neutrosophic hesitant FS (SVNHFS) [17][18][19], multi-valued NS (MVNS) [20][21][22][23], some types of linguistic NS [24][25][26], and other types of NS [27][28][29][30][31][32]. Some experts applied to algebraic systems [33][34][35][36][37][38][39][40], which clarified that the extended NSs are the effective tools for describing uncertainty and imprecise information, the information including imperfect, fuzzy, uncertainty and so on.…”

“…Next, in 2005, a single-valued neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy set (SVNHFS) was established by Ye [49], and interval neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy set (INHFS) was introduced by Liu [50]. Recently, neutrosophic fuzzy set theory has been widely researched and applied [51][52][53][54][55].…”
