Sinonasal Lymphoepithelial Carcinoma With Aggressive Orbital Invasion

Abstract: Sinonasal lymphoepithelial carcinoma (LEC) is an extremely rare malignancy that shares some characteristics with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. In Asian populations, Epstein-Barr virus has been reported to be associated with LEC located outside of the nasopharynx.
