Sinonasal seromucinous hamartoma

Abstract: Sinonasal SH is a rare diagnosis characterized by a polypoid lesion with a haphazard proliferation of seromucinous glands. The rhinologists should consider it in the differential diagnosis of a polypoid lesion in the nasal cavity.
