Plianaek et al [57] fabricated Pb 0.965 K 0.03 [Nb 0.01 (Zr 0.53 Ti 0.47 ) 0.99 ]O 3 piezoelectrc multilayered ceramic by tape casting and studied the effect of cover plate weight / load and duration of sintering on density and piezoelectric properties of the sample (size: 2 x 2 cm 2 ).
