Sinus of Valsalva Aneurysm: An Atypical Etiology of Recurrent Syncope

Abstract: The sinus of Valsalva presents the initial segment of the aorta from where the coronary vessels arise. Sinus of Valsalva aneurysms (SOVAs) present as progressive dilatation of the aortic sinus.
