Abstract:Sinus pericranii (SP) is a rare vascular anomaly that is defined by an abnormal communication between the intra-and extracranial venous systems through a calvarial defect(s). 1 Typical clinical presentation consists of a soft non-pulsatile mass along or close to the midline that increases in size with a Valsalva maneuver.
