This research aims to investigate the influence of the SIRI learning model, namely learning based on integrated problem solving in Indonesian Siri' culture in improving the critical thinking skills of biology students. This experimental research was conducted with a pretest-posttest nonequivalent control group design and involved 109 biology students at Universitas Negeri Makassar, Universitas Pendidikan Mandalika, and Universitas PGRI Sumatera Barat, Indonesia. Data was collected using a critical thinking skills essay test. A critical thinking skills rubric was used to assess student answers and the results were analyzed using ANCOVA at a significance level of 0.05. Research findings show that there is an influence of the SIRI learning model on the critical thinking skills of biology students. The LSD test results show that the critical thinking skills of the SIRI class are significantly different from those of the PBL class and conventional class. It was concluded that the SIRI learning model could improve biology students' critical thinking skills.

Mentimeter is an interactive application that is very important to use in learning, but receives little attention. The aim of this research is to provide mentimeter training in empowering the quality of teacher technology at MTS Arifah Gowa. The methods used in this research are; a) Observation; b) Discussion and Question and Answer; c) Independent/Structured Assignments; d) Assignment Review; and e) Direct and online consultation. Based on the results of the implementation of this training activity, it can be concluded that there has been an increase in teachers' abilities regarding mentimeter technology. These results can be seen from the evaluation results which show that 87% of MTS Arifah Gowa teachers understand mentimeter technology in the good category.

<p style="text-align: justify;">Education for all and education equality has been an important issue to be payed attention to, especially in the rural areas in Indonesia. Education in rural areas is very underdeveloped due to the lack of the equitable distribution of education services. The main factors behind this problem are the pedagogic competence of teachers and inadequate infrastructure. These factors have a direct impact on the digital literacy of students in rural areas, even though digital literacy is very important in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This research is a development research that is aimed at developing a valid, practical and effective Lesson Study (LS)-based smart teaching model. The study was conducted at a junior high school in Jeneponto Regency, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. The results showed that the LS-based smart teaching model developed was valid, practical, and effective to promote students' digital literacy. The development of this teaching model is expected to improve the quality of educators' pedagogic competence in teaching and be able to form educators' creative innovations that can directly have an impact on improving the quality of learning in the classroom.</p>
