SIRT4 functions as a tumor suppressor in prostate cancer by inducing apoptosis and inhibiting glutamine metabolism

Abstract: SIRT4, localized in the mitochondria, is an nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+) -dependent adenosine diphosphate (ADP) -ribosyltransferase and is one of the least characterized members of the sirtuin family.
