Abstract

Enjoying coffee in different variants is an option in terms of drinks that can be enjoyed in almost all circles. The proliferation of coffee shops in various areas makes the coffee shop business improve services for customer satisfaction. Sales transactions at Kopi -In are all still done manually, that is, customers come to the shop to order the menu they want. The increasing turnover and number of customers must be balanced with effective computer-based management, so a web-based sales information system is created that makes the process of ordering and purchasing food and beverage products online. The purpose of creating a website selling food and beverage products is to market and promote the products sold at the shop online and are expected to provide information to the public who want to buy the latest food and beverage products. In its implementation, we need a method that will run the sales information system process, namely the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method.
