Packaging machine is a common machine in industry, especially the food industry (food bavarage). at PT. XYZ packaging machine is used to package products. Packaging machines found at PT.XYZ has a block heater that is useful in the packaging sealing process. Block heater is a block heater to maintain the temperature used in the seal process on certain packaging or products. Temperature monitoring is important to ensure the sealing process is able to package products properly. Temperature monitoring on packaging machines at PT. XYZ is currently considered less efficient because the monitoring process still uses manual methods one by one. This study discusses the implementation of machine temperature readings in real time and can be monitored remotely. This tool has specifications that use four Type-K thermocouple sensors. Data from the sensor is read by the ESP32 microcontroller. After the data is received by the microcontroller will be displayed on the dashboard of the Android-based system. The read data is then stored as a database by using PHP-MyAdmin. Node-Red to create a dashboard interface to display temperature data. System performance testing is carried out by comparing temperature readings on the monitoring dashboard made with readings on existing Machine HMI. From the test results, the gallat error value of temperature mismatch of the four sensors installed on the engine block heater, namely the Thermocouple Sensor on Centre Left by 3.15%, the Thermocouple Sensor on Centre Right by 0.54%, the Thermocouple Sensor on the End Outside by 0.77% and the Thermocouple Sensor on the End Inside by 0.15%.
