Lobster air tawar (Cherax) ini merupakan hewan yang berasal dari negara Australia yang masuk dalam genus dari famili parastacidae, di Indonesia para petani ikan mulai membudidayakan lobster air tawar (Cherax) sejak tahun 2000. Dari hasil pengamatan penulis, para petani lobster air tawar (Cherax) di Indonesia khususnya dalam studi kasus GAS FARM ini sedikit kurang efektif dalam segi waktu, maka dibutuhkan sistem berbasis android dan alat untuk memonitoring kualitas air dalam kolam dari jarak jauh untuk membuat waktu para peternak lebih efektif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menciptakan alat dan sistem guna membantu para peternak memonitoring dan controlling kondisi air dalam kolam lobster dengan mengimplementasikan metode Fuzzy Logic sugeno untuk pengolahan data. Fuzzy logic sugeno digunakan untuk mengolah hasil nilai yang dihasilkan dari sensor ph dan sensor kekeruhan, yang dimana dari hasil pengolahan yang telah diproses menggunakan fuzzy logic sugeno ini akan menentukan terjadinya pengurasan air dalam kolam. Hasil pengujian fungsional aplikasi android menunjukkan bahwa semua fitur berhasil 100%. Hasil pengujian sensor PH menunjukkan bahwa sensor PH mendapatkan akurasi sebesar 93.5% dengan error sebesar 6.5% yang telah dibandingkan dengan PH meter lakmus. Hasil pengujian aplikasi oleh user menunjukkan bahwa 90% menilai baik dan 10% orang menilai cukup.

In the post-pandemic era, Food security is activity that recommended by the government to save food crisis especially to increase food activity in urban areas. Like a shrimps, is the most favorite fish for food at urban area where in general this fish cultivation is carried out in the pond area. With the IOT MqTT protocol we propose the model of prototype system of shrimp cultivation at urban area where the place had topography characteristic like 5-9meter ground level, 31 °C temperature and 71%humidity. with the MQTT mobile telemetry we get the information about the changes condition like a temperature, PH, turbidity at the pond based android. Temperature for the heat level, PH for acidity and turbidity for clarity. Using wifi microcontroller AVR based to connect firebase cloud for storing data sensor that input data MUX microcontroller get from analog sensor. The power plant using solar power that implemented for power system at the peripheral. The result is the information condition of pond and alert if the value is out of set point value in the shrimp pond also the model of solar power system that implemented of shrimp farming.

Pond water pollution is the main problem in vannamei shrimp cultivation, so to overcome this problem, The decline in water quality is caused by a decline in the quality of pH, salinity and temperature in pond water. Researchers created the Quamonitor tool to monitor IoT-based vaname shrimp pond water. The research was conducted using the Research and Development (R&D) method with the Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate (ADDIE) model, assisted by WiFi, MQTT and Node Red networks to monitor water in order to display monitoring results on Android. This study aims to monitor the condition of vaname shrimp pond water quality in the form of pH, temperature, and salinity parameters using pH E-4052C sensor, DS18B20 temperature sensor, TDS/Conductivity DFRobot V1.0 sensor and NodeMCU ESP32 as a data manager and system controller that runs in real time. The test results of PH sensors, temperature sensors and TDS/conductivity sensors obtained a sensor error percentage of 0.29% for pH parameters, 1.7% for temperature parameters and 0.41% for salinity parameters. Based on the sensor error value, Thingspeak graph display, real time monitor display on Android, it can be said that the manufacture of the Quamonitor tool for IoT-based vaname shrimp pond water quality monitoring is successful and can function well
