The existence of UTD PMI Jayapura City is very helpful for the surrounding community in terms of health. People can also donate blood through the PMI clinic and get blood donors. Donors often have to queue to get their turn to register if they will donate blood at a blood donation event due to constraints in the health service process which is still carried out conventionally, namely by direct recording of potential donors. In addition, the absence of a computerized system to provide information regarding donor data remains a major problem, hampering blood donation services at PMI. The current system cannot produce clear and accurate data to help people assist. Quickly in case of an emergency. The PIECES method is used for reference in building several features in the system by conducting information, economic, security, efficiency, and service performance analysis to find weaknesses in the current system and offer suggestions for improvements to be made on newly built systems and using GIS as it can assist in the presentation of more interactive map information. The expected result of this research is to produce a system that can map the location of donors who have been divided based on their blood type so that the search process will be more efficient and can help search activities at PMI. Donor mapping in this system is also equipped with complete data from donors so that officers can find out the location of donors and can contact donors through existing data

“…Sedangkan penelitian dalam mendiagnosa hama dan penyakit pada bunga, berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan pada sistem pakar sebanyak 21 kali,akurasi yang didapat sebanyak 90.48% sesuai dengan jawaban yang didapatkan dari pakar [8]. Hasil pengujian sistem pakar diagnosa penyakit tanaman padi menemukan pada 15 kasus berbeda dilapangan selanjutnya membandingkan hasil dari pakar terdapat kesesuaian sebesar 100% terhadap diagnosa penyakit tanaman padi [9]. Teeth and mouth are parts of the body that cannot be separated, where the teeth are in the oral cavity so that if there is interference with the teeth it will affect the mouth. Knowledge to recognize dental and oral diseases from an early age is very much needed to be able to maintain healthy teeth and mouth. Lack of knowledge about these oral and dental diseases will result in severe damage to teeth and mouth. This study aims to measure the severity of oral disease and provide a diagnosis of oral and dental disease so that later it can be used as a reference for consultation with a doctor. The method used in this research is Forward Chaining to represent the rules of 27 symptom facts and 8 diseases described by experts. The results of testing for this method are as many as 10 patient data were diagnosed to get the same result as the doctor's analysis so that the accuracy rate is 80%. The expert system designed with the Codeigniter Framework can provide insight by being able to identify the disease suffered by patients and measure the severity of the oral and dental disease suffered.

Pertanian mempunyai arti yang penting bagi kehidupan manusia, selama manusia hidup, selama itu juga pertanian tetap akan ada. Hal itu disebabkan karena makananmerupakan kebutuhan manusia paling pokok selain udara dan air. Makanan merupakan hasil dari pertanian yang mana setiap tahun kebutuhan akan makanan semakin meningkatkarena populasi manusia terus bertambah. Secara khusus beras merupakan hasil dari tanaman padi yang digunakan sebagai makanan pokok manusia.Adapun rumusanmasalah dalam penelituian ini Bagaimana mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi sistem pakar untuk mengidentifikasi penyakit dan hama tanaman padi berbasis android ,Bagaimanamengimplementasikan sistem pakar mengidentifikasi penyakit dan hama pada tanaman padi berbasis android. Sistem mengidentifikassi penyakit tanaman padi tersebutmengunakan metode penalaran Forwar channing dengan hasil pengembangan sistem SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) Dengan kesimpulan Aplikasi sistem pakarmengidentifikasi penyakit dan hama tanaman padi berbasis android in ini dapat melakukan diagnosis awal terhadap penyakit dan hama pada tanaman padi,Aplikasisistem pakar mengidentifikasi penyakit dan hama pada tanaman padi berbasis android ini cukup membantu pengguna dalam memperoleh informasi mengenai jenis penyakit danhama pada tanaman padi.
