— The Qur'an is one of the research in linguistic branches that have not been studied by many experts in their field so it has not gotten a popular place. Whereas in the Qur'an, very many words can be used to be researched especially in terms of Natural Language Processing such as text classification, document clustering, text summarization, etc. One of them is like the semantic similarity and the Distribution Semantic Model. The purpose of this writing is to try to create an evaluation dataset in the model of semantic distribution in Bahasa Indonesia with two classes of words that are noun and verb, looking for equal value and linkage of 500 word-pairs provided. Hopefully by looking at this, the semantic sciences that exist for the study of the Qur'an are growing, especially in the translation of the Quran in the Indonesia Language. This research was created at the same time to create datasets such as previously conducted research, in order to hope that future research with the focus of other discussions can use this dataset to help with the research. The study uses 6236 number of verses and from the number of such verses, the system gets 2193 for nouns and 1733 for verbs. The amount is processed using the Sim-rail vector method, a questionnaire against 15 respondents and gold standard, to get the performance value measured using Spearman Rank and get a correlation result of 0.909. Finding information from a large collection of documents is a complicated task; therefore, we need a method called an information retrieval system. Several models that have been used in information retrieval systems include the Vector Space Model (VSM), DICE Similarity, Latent Semantic Indexing (LSI), Generalized Vector Space Model (GVSM), and semantic-based information retrieval systems. The purpose of this study was to develop a semantic network-based search system that will find information based on keywords and the semantic relationship of keywords provided by users. This cannot be done by most search systems that only work based on keyword matching or similarities. The Waterfall development model was used, which divides the development stages into five steps, namely: (1) requirements analysis and definition; (2) system and software design; (3) implementation and unit testing; (4) integration and system testing; and (5) operation and maintenance. The developed system/application was tested by trying to find information based on various combinations of keywords provided by the user. The results showed that the system can find information that matches the keyword, and other relevant information based on the semantic relationships of these keywords. The server is a computer program or a device that provides functionality for other programs or devices, called "clients". Generally, server computers have many resources that can be used by one or more clients through the network with specific permissions and requirements. Therefore, the server needs a monitoring system that can monitor server activity and notify if problems occur. This research focuses on developing a notification and question and answer system to connect the network admin with the monitoring system via chatbot. The developed chatbot can send notifications to the admin if an error occurs and can answer questions about the server's condition. The question and answer system developed implements natural language processing for Indonesian. The process of understanding questions is by classifying each word (token) based on language knowledge stored in the ontology. Then the classification results are processed by rule-base to produce conclusions to take monitoring data and compiled into answers. The test results show that the developed system can auto-notify if any problem in a server, and can answer questions by accuracy 95%.
