Proses pengangkatan karyawan kontrak menjadi karyawan tetap pada PT. Sumber Mas Indah Plywood didasarkan pada beberapa kriteria yang masih bersifat subjektif dan akan menimbulkan masalah karena keterlibatan preferensi atasan. Karena itu, perusahaan membutuhkan suatu sistem yang dapat membantu memberikan rekomendasi karyawan kontrak untuk diangkat menjadi karyawan tetap. Metode yang digunakan pada penilitian ini adalah TOPSIS, metode ini menggunakan prinsip bahwa alternatif yang terpilih harus mempunyai jarak terdekat dari solusi ideal positif dan terjauh dari solusi ideal negatif untuk menentukan kedekatan relatif dari suatu alternatif dengan solusi ideal. kriteria penilaian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu: absensi, kinerja, kedisiplinan, loyalitas, pelanggaran, masa kerja dan pendidikan terakhir. Perbandingan dengan beberapa metode dengan model yang sama yakni SAW dan WP, mendapatkan hasil bahwa metode TOPSIS dapat menghasilkan nilai preferensi dan juga urutan peringkat yang lebih bervariasi atau tidak adanya nilai yang sama. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian disimpulkan bahwa hasil keputusan pengangkatan karyawan tetap dengan metode TOPSIS dan hasil evaluasi penilian HRD menghasilkan 27 hasil yang sesuai dengan keinginan HRD, sehingga nilai akurasi dari perhitungan TOPSIS terhadap evaluasi HRD sebesar 54%. Dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian ini dapat digunakan untuk mempermudah pihak HRD dalam proses seleksi pengangkatan karyawan tetap dengan penilaian yang objektif sesuai kriteria penilaian yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan dan kriteria tambahan dari penelitian ini.

PT. Asri Jaya had difficulty in selecting the best rubber plant seeds, both for direct planting in the plantations and recommending them to be marketed to rubber plantation companies, because the types of rubber plant seeds in the company had many varieties and varied as well as different ages of seeds. -different such as BPM seeds, IRR seeds, IRC, rubber frame seeds, GT (Gondang Tapen), PB seeds (Prang Besar), and so on. The alternatives used in this research are types of rubber plant seeds, namely BPM seeds (Balai/Pusat Perkebunan Medan, IRR (Indonesian Rubber Research) rubber seeds), IRC rubber seeds (Institute Research of Ceylon), frame rubber seeds, GT rubber seeds (Gondang Tapen) and PB (Prang Besar) rubber seedlings. The criteria used in this study were umbrella shape, petiole position, petiole shape, leaf color, leaf shape, leaf bone, leaf thickness, stem height, and seedling age. which is built using the programming language used in making the system is PHP with MySQL database. To calculate the total value, it must first determine the percentage of core factore and secondary factore. In this case the core factore is determined with a percentage value of 60% considering the main factor is an the most dominant aspect or criteria for assessing the selection of rubber plant seeds, the percentage value is greater than the pe value the percentage for the secondary factor is 40%.

PT Warung Islami Bogor needs a warehouse to store goods that come from suppliers. Currently, the selection of warehouses is still done manually and is subjective. It is feared that this will lead to inaccuracies in renting the warehouse. So an application is needed to assist companies in choosing a warehouse. The fuzzy C-Means method can be used to classify warehouse data based on the characteristics of each group. After obtaining the next group is to make a rating of each group. One method that can be used is the TOPSIS method. The TOPSIS method can be applied to this application to rank the data warehouses that have been grouped. In the selection of this warehouse, there are several criteria. The criteria used are price, building area, distance from the head office (HO), parking area, and number of floors. The calculation process is done by dividing the warehouse data into several groups and ranking them to obtain the best recommendations. This application uses the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework—testing using a black box. Fuzzy C-Means and TOPSIS calculations show that Warehouse CCC is the best warehouse in Cluster 1 with a value of 0.797, and the Warehouse in Front of Gas Station Villa Bogor Indah is the best in Cluster 2 with a value of 0.613.
