Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Pegawai Teladan menggunakan MetodeWeighted Product (Wp) di Puskesmas Pulosari Berbasis Web

Abstract

An organization or agency cannot be separated from the role of human resources (HR) who work in it, qualified employees will determine the quality of the agency. However, the problem that arises in the selection of exemplary employees at the Pulosari Public Health Center is that it is still manual, namely the Head of Administration recaps data and requires some paper for 1 employee, then after being recapitulated by the Head of Administration, it is inputted into Ms. Excel and the value. The one with the highest score will be selected as an exemplary employee. The purpose of this study was to assist the Pulosari Public Health Center in determining exemplary employees. The method in this study uses the Weight Product method based on five criteria, namely discipline, skills, cooperation, morals and behavior, and obedience in carrying out tasks. The result of this research is an application of a decision support system that can help the Pulosari Public Health Center in determining exemplary employees.
