Abstract: Objective: The eCoin (Valencia Technologies Corporation, Valencia, CA) is a battery-powered, nickel-sized and shaped neuromodulation device for the treatment of overactive bladder, and it is implanted in the lower leg in a short office or outpatient procedure under local anesthesia.
