Six-Weeks training program to enhance wrestler relative strength

Abstract: This study explores the effect of six-week (36 sessions) programmed training on improving wrestling athletes' relative strength. It analyses the relative strength by calculating the total strength of arms/shoulders, abdominal, back, and leg, divided by subject's body weight.
