Size dependent thermodynamic properties of nanoparticles

Abstract: Surface effect and crystal structure lead to formulating a theoretical model to study the influences of size on thermodynamic parameters, such as melting temperature, Debye temperature, melting entropy and specific heat capacity, of nanoparticles.
