“…Because the type locality of T. dohrnii remains undefined (Grumm-Grshimailo 1899) and T. nervosa has incorrect type locality, Korshunov & Gorbunov (1995) proposed to use for the second Siberian species the name T. albovenosa. One year later Korshunov (1996) described T. albovenosa sacha Korshunov, 1996 from the vicinity of Yakutsk. The last short review of this genus was published by Bozano (2002); he did an overview of Triphysa with implausible maps of areas and some geographical errors; also he followed that the correct name for the second Siberian species is T. dohrnii.…”

A review of the genus Triphysa Zeller, 1858 is presented. One new species Triphysa issykkulica sp.n. (type locality: Kazakhstan, W of Almaty, 800 m) and 8 new subspecies are described: Triphysa phryne kasikoporana ssp. n. (type locality: Kasikoporan [NE Turkey, Agri prov.]), Triphysa striatula urumtchiensis ssp. n. (type locality: Urumtchi), Triphysa issykkulica pljustchi ssp. n. (type locality: W. Kirgiziya, Talasskii Mts., Manas), Triphysa nervosa tuvinica ssp. n. (type locality: N. Tuva, near Kyzyl, Tuge Mt.), Triphysa nervosa arturi ssp. n. (type locality: S. Tuva, 15 km WSW Erzin), Triphysa nervosa kobdoensis ssp. n. (type locality: W. Mongolia, Hovd aimak, 15 km S Khara-Us-Nuur lake, 1300 m), Triphysa nervosa mongolaltaica ssp. n. (type locality: Mongolia, Hovd aimak, Bulgan-Gol basin, middle stream of Ulyasutai-Gol river, 2500−3000 m) and Triphysa nervosa brinikhi ssp. n. (type locality: Russia, Chita Reg., Onon distr., 18 km WSW Nizhniy Zasuchey vill., Butyvken lake, Pinus forest, steppe) are described. New status for Triphysa striatula Elwes, 1899, stat. n. is established. The lectotypes of Triphysa nervosa gartoki O.Bang-Haas, 1927, Triphysa phryne kintschouensis O. Bang-Haas, 1939, Triphysa phryne biocellata Staudinger, 1901, Triphysa nervosa tscherski Grum-Grshimailo, 1889 [1890], Triphysa nervosa glacialis A. Bang-Haas, 1912 are designated, the neotype of T. dohrnii Zeller, 1850 (type locality: [Russia], Sarepta) is designated.

The Influence of Doping Perimidine Ruthenium Complexes on Structural, Optic, and Residual Stress Properties of ZnO Thin Films

Novel perimidine ruthenium complexes ([Ru(L1-2)(p-cymene)Cl]Cl) were synthesized and these synthesized Ruthenium (Ru) complexes were added to ZnO at content of 2, 4, 6 wt.% to fabricate Rudoped ZnO thin lms by the sol-gel spin-coating method. These lms were characterized using XRD, SEM, FT-IR, UV-Vis, and Photoluminescence (PL) spectra. All of the lms possessed a hexagonal wurtzite structure, according to XRD data. The observed stress was compressive, except for the A4 sample, and ranged from 0.21 GPa to 2.117 GPa as the ruthenium content increased from 0-6%. Residual stress values of Ru-doped ZnO thin lms showed a lower value than pure ZnO lm. It was obtained that the crystalline quality tended to improve as well as lower residual stress with increasing Ru amount. In the visible range, all the lms exhibited approximately transmittance greater than 70%. Further, the optical bandgap was 3.20 eV for pure ZnO and all Ru-doped lms' bandgap had between 2.76 and 3.18 eV. This research shows that new high conjugated structures are promising as dopant materials for the ZnO thin lm, and good crystalline and optical properties could be obtained from the Ru doped ZnO lms prepared by sol-gel for nano-optoelectronic devices.
