Sjogren syndrome presenting as atrioventricular block in an adult

Abstract: A woman in her late teens with a history of Juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) and ongoing sicca symptoms presented with syncope. Upon admission, she was found to be bradycardic with a second-degree atrioventricular (AV) block.
