Sleep Duration, Body Mass Index, and Dietary Behaviour among KSU Students

Abstract: Background: Adolescents who receive an adequate amount of sleep benefit from a positive health status. Previous studies have documented several health consequences connected with obesity as well as short sleep duration among adolescents.
