Sleep Habits in Pairs of Japanese High School Students and Their Mothers in Summer and Autumn

Abstract: This study aimed to examine the sleep habits in pairs of Japanese high school students and their mothers in the summer and autumn. Nineteen pairs of high school students and their mothers participated in this study.
