Slepton production at $$e^+e^-$$ e + e - colliders in the complex MSSM: a full one-loop analysis

Abstract: For the search for scalar leptons in the minimal supersymmetric standard model (MSSM) as well as for future precision analyses of these particles an accurate knowledge of their production and decay properties is mandatory. We evaluate the cross sections for the slepton production at e + e − colliders in the MSSM with complex parameters (cMSSM). The evaluation is based on a full one-loop calculation of the production mechanisms e + e − →l gslgs including soft and hard photon radiation. The dependence of the sle… Show more

“…The anticipated energies and integrated luminosities are listed in Table 8. The cross-section predictions are based on tree-level results, obtained as in [110,111], where it was shown that the full one-loop corrections can amount up to 10-20%. 6 We do not attempt any rigorous experimental analysis, but follow the idea that to a good approximation final states with the sum of the masses smaller than the center-of-mass energy can be detected [113][114][115].…”

“…Including full one-loop corrections here as in[110,111] would have required to determine the preferred choice of the renormalization scheme for each point individually (see[112] for details), which goes beyond the scope of this analysis.…”

“…The supersymmetric models [207][208][209] include the 2HDM as the limit of heavy sparticles. If the sfermions are relevant, additional contributions to the CP phase of the Yukawa coupling from loop diagrams are possible [210][211][212][213][214][215]. The first effect we might consider is the squark loop inducing the Higgs-gluon-gluon (HG µν,a G µν a ) vertex which contributes to the SP type CP-odd e-N interaction [see Fig.…”
