Abstract. The development of a model for forecasting the competitiveness of territories requires using large amounts of stream data in real-time. The aim of this study is to develop the models and methods of management decisionmaking based on forecasting of competitiveness of territories. The objectives of this study include the identification of competitiveness factors, the development of a method of SMB management, the development of a model of competitiveness of territories using expert estimates, the presentation of information from the experts using the BIG DATA technology. The results of the study are models for making management decisions on competitiveness of territories using expert estimates and applying the BIG DATA technology. Practical outcomes include improving the quality and timeliness of making decisions on management of territories based on the model of forecasting of the region development.

Актуальність. На даний час існує проблема, яка пов’язана з відсутністю алгоритмів оптимального управління розподілом пулу завдань, який надходить на обчислювальні ресурси кластеру. Планувальники, які здійснюють розподіл завдань, не враховують вартість використання обчислювальних ресурсів, які можуть зменшити час виконання пулу завдань. Завдання, які надходять на вхід планувальника, є різнорідними, що також створює додаткові складнощі під час їх розподілу. Метою даної роботи є модифікація моделі розподілу пулу завдань з урахуванням критеріїв розподілу, розробка методу пошуку оптимального плану розподілу та впровадження його в імітаційне середовище GRASS. Об’єктом дослідження є процес розподілу пулу завдань на обчислювальні ресурси кластеру. Предметом дослідження є методи та алгоритми моделювання розподілу пулу завдань. Результати. Запропонована модифікація моделі розподілу завдань на обчислювальні ресурси кластеру, за рахунок використання критеріїв розподілу. Критерії реалізовано в якості модуля, який додано до середовища імітаційного моделювання GRASS. На основі математичної моделі запропонован метод пошуку оптимального плану розподілу завдань по обчислювальним ресурсам кластеру. Висновок. Критерії розподілу, які додано до моделі розподілу пулу завдань, є складоваю методу пошуку оптимального розподілу. Завдяки використанню їх комбінацій здійснюється пошук розподілу, який задовольняє вимогам постачальників завдань та ресурсів.

Запропоновано інформаційну технологію розподілу завдань для GRID-систем, яка заснована на використанні імітаційного середовища моделювання GRASS. GRASS відтворює процес функціонування в часі елементарних подій, які протікають в GRID-системі із збереженням логіки їх взаємодії. Дане рішення дозволяє проводити обчислювальні експерименти, що реалізують різні методи розподілу, з подальшим вибором найбільш ефективного вирішення на основі збору, аналізу та інтерпретації результатів моделювання Ключові слова: розподілені системи, GRIDсистема, планувальник завдань (брокер), інформаційна технологія, середа GRASS, обчислювальні ресурси, політики розподілу Предложена информационная технология распределения заданий для GRID-систем, основанная на использовании имитационной среды моделирования GRASS. GRASS воспроизводит процесс функционирования во времени элементарных событий, которые протекают в GRID-системе с сохранением логики их взаимодействия. Данное решение позволяет проводить вычислительные эксперименты, реализующие разные методы распределения, с последующим выбором наиболее эффективного решения на основе сбора, анализа и интерпретации результатов моделирования Ключевые слова: распределенные системы, GRID-система, планировщик заданий (брокер), информационная технология, среда GRASS, вычислительные ресурсы, политики распределения UDC 004.051: 004.
