Slow-Breathing Curriculum for Stress Reduction in High School Students: Lessons Learned From a Feasibility Pilot

Abstract: PurposeNearly one in three US adolescents meet the criteria for anxiety, an issue that has worsened with the COVID-19 pandemic.
