Abstract:Total laparoscopic radical hysterectomy (TLRH) has demonstrated to be a feasible and safe technique for patients affected of early cervical cancer. Small bowel obstruction resulting from a loop volvulus represents a very uncommon postoperative complication in gynecological laparoscopic surgery.
