Abstract:Nonsense mutations or inactivation of SMARCA4 (BRG1) are associated with the histological manifestations of many undifferentiated tumors in humans. However, the relationship between SMARCA4 mutations and undifferentiated gallbladder cancer needs to be further elucidated.
