SnS Nanoflakes/Graphene Hybrid: Towards Broadband Spectral Response and Fast Photoresponse

Abstract: High responsivity has been recently achieved in a graphene-based hybrid photogating mechanism photodetector using two-dimensional (2D) semiconductor nanosheets or quantum dots (QDs) sensitizers.
