Abstract:In his 1932 lecture on "Femininity," Freud reviews some aspects that he considers fundamental in his understanding of women. Despite the fact that the text was written almost a century ago and there are aspects that are clearly outdated, its reading does not leave us indifferent. Why? Because despite the passage of time, some of the conceptions about femininity of that moment are still very present today.
