The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of work stress during the Covid19 pandemic on employee performance. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. Where to process the author's data using SPSS version 23. This research was conducted onPT Pan Baruna Pekanbaru Pekanbaru Riau Indonesia. The sample in this study were employees of PT. Pan Baruna was limited by the administration division and the sales division, which amounted to 87 people. Sample selection using purposive sampling method. In collecting data, the author uses primary data sources with questionnaires as a tool.Based on table 5.47, it can be seen that the simple linear regression equation formed is Y = 93.147 + (-0.822X). From these equations it can be explained that if the work stress variable increases by 1%, then the work performance of employees at PT. Pan Baruna Pekanbaru Branch decreased by 0.822. This shows that the work stress variable contributes negatively to employee performance, so that the work stress level of PT. Pan Baruna Pekanbaru Branch, the

This research aims to see the perception of indigenous peoples towards Islamic banks. This research was conducted in the city of Panyabungan. The type of research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews with informants from several communities, traditional leaders, and Islamic bank employees. In addition, data was also obtained from several documents and literature related to adat and Islamic banks. This research found that the acceptance of Dalihan Na Tolu indigenous people in Panyabungan was based on Dalihan Na Tolu values through aspects of cognition. The dominant customary values in perceiving Islamic banks in Panyabungan are the values of holong mangalap holong and mangholongi bona bulu. Theoretically, this research can be an additional reference for other researchers and academics who want to see public perceptions of Islamic banks, especially in Panyabungan. Practically, this research can inspire Islamic bank managers, especially in Panyabungan.

This study aims to determine the impact of business strategy and entrepreneurial motivation on the performance of small businesses in the city of Pekanbaru. In this study, data were collected through questionnaires to 95 motorcycle repair business owners in the city of Pekanbaru. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis which serves to prove the research hypothesis. Partially, business strategy has a significant effect on the performance of small businesses in the city of Pekanbaru. And also entrepreneurial motivation has a significant effect on the performance of small businesses in the city of Pekanbaru. Based on the results of multiple regression, it can be concluded that the business strategy and entrepreneurial motivation variables together have a significant influence on the small business performance variables in the city of Pekanbaru.
