Social dialogue and the future of work in the Adriatic region

Abstract

The Adriatic region, as defined here, is composed of the former Yugoslav republics plus Albania. It makes sense to study social dialogue and the future of work in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia and Slovenia as a group owing to their common economic, political and industrial relations legacy, stemming from the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, which adopted its very own version of selfmanaged socialism.
