Social exclusion in people with diabetes: cross-sectional and longitudinal results from the German Ageing Survey (DEAS)

Abstract: As social exclusion can be linked to worse health and overall reduced quality of life, we describe social exclusion in people with diabetes and assess whether diabetes can be considered as a risk factor for social exclusion.
